River City Restaurant, Bar, and Banquets, located in downtown Wheeling’s historic Artisan Center at 14^th and Main Streets, will once again play host to one of The Valley’s favorite entertainers’ Annual Christmas Concert.  Award Winning Artist Matt Van Fossen has performed his new hit single to more than 80,000 country music fans and can be heard on radio stations valley wide.  On December 11^th, he would like to perform for you!
