1) Reserve Banquet Hall five days (most dates) in advance for set-up, coordinating, detailing and decorations.
2) Use of our decorations, beautiful satin and tulle ceiling lights, diamond glass centerpieces, glass hurricane lamps, table linens, choice of color linen napkins, all round tables, china and glassware.
3) Use of our decorator (free) to help in the decorating of the hall.
4) List of names, reputable disc jockeys, cake specialist, photographer who will work with you on budgeting.
5) Choice of three Entrees, vegetable, starch, salad, bread, and all non-alcoholic beverages $25.95, and appetizers for $4.00 per person (all prices are all-inclusive).
6) Five Hours open bar service (champagne, wine, mixed drinks, beer) $12.95 per person, under 21 not charged for alcohol.
7) Professional staff (depends upon number of guests) 10 banquet servers (starched uniforms), 3 bartenders, Tom (chef), Dino and Becky (decorator and coordinator), and River City (wedding consultant).
8) Dollar dance, cake cutting, packing of gifts and discount on hotel rooms. Ask us what we can do! It is all included in the price.
9) Taste testing of food for reception.
10) Ample parking (700 spaces) at Civic Center, 80 spaces at Wesbanco, if there is a civic center event they generally charge $3.00, if there is not an event the parking is free. Reserve parking in front for up to two spaces. Meter parking is free on Saturdays.
11) No hidden fees, prices is all-inclusive, simply take the number of people who attend (minimum 175 adults, Saturday's) and times it by the price.
12) Children under 12 (50% off), children under 5 free, if you have many kids we will set up an area with T.V. and videos.

The Banquet Hall (10,000 square feet) is one of the largest in the Tri-state area, with available seating for up to 400 people.
The beautiful space features 25ft ceilings, authentic hard wood floors, traditional 15ft windows, spacious and airy rooms, and
has elevator access to the 3rd floor.
Our Banquets are catered by River City (Your wedding consultant). Since March of 1999 River City has catered over 300 functions,
100 of these have been wedding receptions, and if you have ever attended one, you would agree we are the best in the Ohio Valley!

We try to tailor make any banquet package to fit your budget. Please let us know what you like or dislike, and
we will work with you from "A to Z" (as many hours as it takes to make you comfortable) to ensure you have a
