Thank you for considering River City for your upcoming dining needs. River City is located
on the first floor of the Wheeling Artisan Center in the heart of Wheeling, West Virginia.
Our 80 -foot high atrium and historical dining area offer an exquisite dining atmosphere.
During your visit with us you have the opportunity to shop on the second floor, which has
all kinds of West Virginia Made things. Also take a stroll through the various exhibits of
arts and crafts.
We offer random seating of guests for menu ordering at menu price, also a classic buffet
(50 people or more) off our bus menu (13.95), consisting of three entrees, starch, vegetable,
salad, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages, tax, and gratuity all included, or just let your guest
order off our bus menu when they get here this also includes entrée, starch, vegetable, salad,
dessert, beverages, tax, and gratuity.
Entrées are custom made with all inclusive pricing along with two complimentary dinner for driver
and escort. To enhance your dinner (depends on capacity), the tables will have cloth linens in
either u-shape or rectangular (so everyone can see one another), linen napkins, china, glassware,
decorations, and nice glass centerpieces.
