All buffets include your choice of fresh vegetables, potatoes, garden salad, freshly-baked bread, and the necessary condiments. We also include non-alcoholic beverages (Pepsi products), coffee, and tea. Your function will be decked in style with linen tablecloths and napkins, china, stemware, and flatware. Let us know what YOU want – we can mix it up!
Our buffet packages are priced as follows:
- $35.95 per person, featuring three entrees with accompanying side dishes
- $38.95 per person, featuring four entrees with accompanying side dishes
- $40.95 per person, featuring prime rib au jus, two other entrees, and the accompanying side dishes
EXAMPLE:
For $35.95 per person, River City will:
- Shaved Sirloin in Au Jus
- Chicken Breast stuffed with Feta Cheese and Spinach
- Pasta Toscana
- Cheddar Potato Bake
- Steamed Green Beans
- Tossed Salad with choice of dressing
- Dinner Rolls
- Soda (Pepsi Products) coffee and tea
For $6.00 per person:
River City will provide a nice assortment of appetizers, i.e. crab and shrimp mushrooms, Portobello pesto bruschetta, fresh tropical fruits, assorted meats, and cheeses.
For an additional $17.95 per person:
River City will provide five hours of open bar service with beer, wine, and mixed drinks.
